FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A FACILITY TO HOUSE THE BORDER AUTHORITY IN SANTA TERESA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the border authority

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to construct a facility to house the border authority in Santa Teresa in Dona Ana county.
