SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 81

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR HAGERMAN IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to improve and replace sewer lines in Hagerman in Chaves county;

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to continue phase 3 construction, including lighting, landscaping and fields, for the Hagerman sports complex and little league fields in Chaves county; and

• to the office of the state engineer

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase water rights for the future water supply for Hagerman in Chaves county.
