SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 109

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

seven hundred eighty thousand dollars ($780,000) to improve the Otis water system in Eddy county;

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) for improvements to the Malaga volunteer fire department and community center in Eddy county; and

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

ninety-seven thousand dollars ($97,000) for improvements to the Carlsbad soil and water conservation district office in Eddy county.
