FOR PLUMBING AND WIRING FOR A WELL FOR THE AGUA SANA WATER USERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for plumbing and wiring for a well for the Agua Sana water users association in Rio Arriba county.
