FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SAFETY AND CODE COMPLIANT UPGRADES AT THE BENNIE J. CHAVEZ COMMUNITY CENTER IN CHIMAYO IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to construct safety and code compliant upgrades at the Bennie J. Chavez community center in Chimayo in Santa Fe county.
