FOR THE PURCHASE OF WATER RIGHTS FOR THE RUIDOSO DOWNS WATER SYSTEM IN RUIDOSO DOWNS IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for the purchase of water rights for the Ruidoso Downs water system in Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county.
