FOR PHASE 2 DRAINAGE AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS ON DORA CELESTE ROAD IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred sixty-seven thousand five hundred fifty-two dollars ($167,552) for phase 2 roadway and drainage improvements on Dora Celeste road in San Miguel county.
