SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 236

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Allen V. Hurt

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for chip seal and overlay of county road 4990 and county road 5500 in San Juan county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for improvements to McGee park county fairgrounds in San Juan county.
