FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SINGING ARROW COMMUNITY CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to improve the facility and surveillance system at Singing Arrow community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
