FOR PURCHASING EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY, INCLUDING A DIGITAL PLASMA SCREEN, FOR THE SOUTHWEST SECONDARY LEARNING CENTER IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to purchase educational technology, including a digital plasma screen, for the Southwest Secondary learning center in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
