FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION ON PAYAN ROAD IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred eighty thousand seven hundred forty dollars ($180,740) to improve and construct Payan road in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
