FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A BIKE PATH ON THE WEST SIDE OF TRAMWAY FROM THE COPPER STREET PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE TO THE LIBRARY AND FOR PURCHASE OF AN ARTISTIC STATUE FOR THE CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND AT THE RECREATION FACILITY IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to construct a bike path on the west side of Tramway from the Copper street pedestrian bridge to the Lomas-Tramway library and to purchase an artistic statue for the children's playground at the recreation facility in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
