FOR EXPANSION OF THE EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY RUIDOSO FACILITY IN RUIDOSO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) for the expansion of the eastern New Mexico university Ruidoso facility in Ruidoso in Lincoln county.
