FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE WEST LAS VEGAS PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for renovation of the second floor of the administration building of the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county;

one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000) for construction of an elevator for the administration building of the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for construction of a retaining wall for Don Cecilio Martinez elementary school in the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county;

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) for construction of a tennis complex at west Las Vegas high school in the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county;

one hundred seventy-six thousand five hundred dollars ($176,500) for renovation of the running track at west Las Vegas high school in the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for the purchase of band instruments for the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county;

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) for the purchase of bleachers for Herrera sports complex in the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county;

two million dollars ($2,000,000) for addition of a gymnasium and cafeteria and additional classrooms at Union elementary school in the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county;

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for the construction of a wrought iron fence around the football field for the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for construction of a security fence for the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county;

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for paving a parking lot for Luis E. Armijo elementary school in the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county;

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for purchase of patio tables and chairs for the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county;

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for purchase of land adjacent to west Las Vegas middle school in the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county;

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for buses for the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county; and

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for the construction and equipping of a gymnasium and classrooms for Valley middle school in the west Las Vegas public school district in San Miguel county.
