FOR CONSTRUCTING THE CEBOLLETA LAND GRANT WASTEWATER SYSTEM IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) to construct the Cebolleta land grant wastewater system in Cibola county.
