REQUESTED BY Joseph A. Fidel

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT THE NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY IN SOCORRO IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico institute of mining and technology

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for infrastructure improvements at New Mexico institute of mining and technology in Socorro in Socorro county; and

four million dollars ($4,000,000) for renovation of Jones and Kelly hall at New Mexico institute of mining and technology in Socorro in Socorro county.
