SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 345

FOR THE ATHLETIC WEIGHT ROOM AT SOCORRO HIGH SCHOOL IN THE SOCORRO CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT AND FOR A WATER PRODUCTION WELL IN SOCORRO IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for design and construction of a water production well in Socorro in Socorro county; and

• to the state department of public education

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to improve and equip the athletic weight room at Socorro high school in the Socorro consolidated school district in Socorro county.
