FOR A RETAINING WALL FOR THE LA CAPILLA PROJECT IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to design and construct a retaining wall for the La Capilla park project in Silver City in Grant county.
