FOR EXPANSION, RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION AT THE ACUTE CARE FACILITY AT MINERS' COLFAX MEDICAL CENTER IN RATON IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the miners' Colfax medical center

ten million dollars ($10,000,000) to renovate, make site improvements, including asbestos abatement, and construct the expansion of the acute care facility for the miners' Colfax medical center in Raton in Colfax county.
