SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 410

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CIMARRON IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for improvements to the sewer lagoons in Cimarron in Colfax county;

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for water meter replacement in Cimarron in Colfax county;

one hundred seventy thousand dollars ($170,000) for water line replacement in Cimarron in Colfax county; and

forty-one thousand six hundred dollars ($41,600) for repairs to the water treatment plant in Cimarron in Colfax county;

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the purchase of a garbage truck for Cimarron in Colfax county;

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for purchasing and equipping an ambulance for Cimarron in Colfax county;

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the purchase of street equipment in Cimarron in Colfax county; and

sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) for improvements to the fire equipment and fire station in Cimarron in Colfax county; and

• to the office of the state engineer

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for the purchase of water rights for Cimarron in Colfax county.
