FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER IN TULAROSA IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty-six thousand dollars ($36,000) for the construction of a veterans memorial park at the community center in Tularosa in Otero county.
