FOR A NEW SCIENCE BUILDING AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

seven million dollars ($7,000,000) for a new science building at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
