FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE DONA ANA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEMS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for improvements to the Dona Ana mutual domestic water consumers association water and wastewater systems in Dona Ana county.
