FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING FOR THE NEW MEXICO BORDER INITIATIVE AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for the construction of a building for the New Mexico border initiative at New Mexico state university in Dona Ana county.
