FOR AN OUTDOOR RECREATION PARK AT THE EL CERRO MISSION COMMUNITY CENTER IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to plan, design, construct and equip an outdoor recreation park at the El Cerro Mission community center in Valencia county.
