DOH notes the importance of addressing diabetes
due to high rates of the disease in the state.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of
$3,743.1 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the General
Fund.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
balance remaining at the end of FY04 shall revert to the General Fund.
