SUMMARY

 

     Synopsis of Bill

 

Senate Bill 454 amends the Election Code to permit voters one additional person in the voting machine, as long as that additional person assists no more than three voters during one election.  The bill also allows for voters to be assisted with the voting machine by two election judges who are of different parties.

 

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

 

There is no appropriation or significant fiscal impact associated with this bill.
