Senate Bill 838 appropriates $800.0 for extending University Boulevard to Mesa del Sol.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

Senate Bill 838 appropriates $800.0 from the state lands maintenance fund to the Local Government Division of the Department of Finance and Administration for expenditure in fiscal years 2004 and 2005, for the purpose of extending University Boulevard, located in Bernalillo county, to Mesa del Sol.

Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the state lands maintenance fund.
