HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE JOINT MEMORIAL 52

1. On page 2, line 9, after "systems" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 10 through "New Mexico" and insert in lieu thereof ", the results of which are submitted annually by the state highway and transportation department to the national highway traffic safety administration".

2. On page 3, line 10, after "department" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 11 through 15 in their entirety, strike line 16 through "report" and insert in lieu thereof "provide the annual crash database compact disc to the department of health for use in the preparation of the department of health's annual report".
