2. On page 2, strike lines 8 through 22.

3. On page 2, line 23, insert "NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO ".

4. On page 2, line 25, after the word "alternative" insert "and continued present".,
