AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR ADMINISTERING A TOURISM INITIATIVE IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to administer a program to promote adventure tourism and to provide hospitality training in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
