AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A RECRUITER FOR THE AMERICAN INDIAN PROGRAM AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-two thousand dollars ($62,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to provide for a recruiter for the American Indian program at New Mexico state university. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
