has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

    2. On page 3, strike “APPROPRIATION” and insert in lieu thereof “EFFECTIVE DATE”.

    3. On page 3, strike lines 23 through 25.

    4. On page 4, strike lines 1 through 11.

    5. On page 4, line 12, strike the subsection designation “B”.

    6. On page 4, line 13, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 14 and 15.
