HOUSE BILL 115

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 21, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or" and strike "or surveying".

    2. On page 1, line 23, after "more" insert "or surveying services requiring professional services costing six thousand dollars ($6,000) or more".

    3. On page 2, line 10, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or" and strike "or surveying".

    4. On page 2, line 12, after "more" insert "or surveying services requiring professional services costing six thousand dollars ($6,000) or more".

    5. On page 3, line 4, after the comma insert "except for the services of surveyors for state public works projects or local public works projects".
