    Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 152

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 13, line 6, after the dash strike the remainder of the line, strike line 7 and strike line 8 through "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "A county or a planning commission may".

     2. On page 13, line 10, after the period insert "A county or a planning commission may also promulgate rules or permit conditions applicable to a specific sustainable development testing site.".,

and thence referred to the ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE.
