     1. On page 2, line 23, after "nation" strike "and is:" and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon.

     2. On page 2, strike lines 24 and 25 and on page 3, strike lines 1 through 11 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
