    1. On page 2, line 12, after the subsection designator "B." strike the remainder of the line and on line 13, strike "section, the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

    2. On page 2, line 15, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof

"or".

    3. On page 2, line 16 through page 3, line 8, strike Paragraph (2) and Subsection C in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new paragraph:

             "(2) with respect to expenditures attributable to a production for which the film production company receives a tax credit pursuant to the federal new markets tax credit program, fifteen percent.".

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    5. On page 7, line 15, remove the bracket and line through "and".

    6. On page 7, line 25, strike the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof a period and closing quotation mark and on page 8, strike lines 1 through 5.
