HOUSE ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 375

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, after "PROVIDING" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 12 and 13 in their entirety, and on line 14, strike "HYDROCARBONS" and insert in lieu thereof "METHODS FOR ESTABLISHING DEPRECIATION AND OBSOLESCENCE".
