       HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL 392

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 21, after "to" insert "retail".

    2. On page 9, line 5, strike the quotation marks.

    3. On page 9, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following new subsection:

         "C. This section does not apply to sales by growers, producers or processors of raw or processed food products, except for retail sales of such products to the ultimate consumer within the area of the determined abnormal market disruption."".
