HOUSE BILL 394

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, strike "DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT" and insert in lieu thereof "FORESTRY DIVISION OF THE ENERGY, MINERALS AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT".

     2. On page 1, line 17, strike "department of environment" and insert in lieu thereof "forestry division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
