AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE TOURISM DEPARTMENT FOR SUPPORT OF THE NATIONAL GUARD ANNUAL GENERAL CONFERENCE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to support the New Mexico national guard in hosting in Albuquerque the annual general conference of the national guard association of the United States. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
