HOUSE BILL 418

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

     2. On page 2, lines 9, 10 and 11, strike "he" and insert in lieu thereof "the instructional support provider".

     3. On page 2, line 14, strike "his" and insert in lieu thereof "the instructional support provider's".

     4. On page 7, line 1, strike "2006-2007" and insert in lieu thereof "2007-2008".

     5. On pages 7 and 8, strike Sections 3 and 4 in their entirety.

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
