HOUSE BILL 434

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike “HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT” and insert in lieu thereto “AGING & LONG TERM SERVICES DEPARTMENT”.

    2. On page 1, line 18, strike “human services department” and insert in lieu thereto “aging & long term services department”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
