AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE FAMILY ASSESSMENT INTERVENTION RESOURCES DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROGRAM IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the second judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to fund the family assessment intervention resources domestic violence program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
