AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR CONTINUATION OF THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTERS PROGRAM.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four million seven hundred eighty-two thousand dollars ($4,782,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to continue and maintain the quality after-school programs of the twenty-first century community learning centers program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
