AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PLANNING A CONFERENCE ON CULTURAL TOURISM IN SANTA FE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to plan a United Nations education, scientific and cultural organization's conference in cultural tourism in Santa Fe. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
