AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR OPERATING EXPENSES AT LA CASA DE BUENA SALUD SENIOR CENTER IN CLOVIS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the aging and long-term services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 for full-time personnel at La Casa de Buena Salud senior center in Clovis in Curry county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
