has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike all house judiciary committee amendments.

    2. On page 1, line 12, strike the semicolon, strike all of line 13 and strike line 14 up to the period.

    3. On page 1, line 23, after "entity" insert "within five years following condemnation of the property".

    4. On pages 1 and 2, strike Section 2 in its entirety.
