HOUSE BILL 833, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Taxation and Revenue Committee Amendment 2.

    2. On page 1, line 22, strike "in fiscal years 2006 through 2011".

    3. On page 1, lines 24 and 25, strike "two hundred fifty million dollars ($250,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty million dollars ($30,000,000)".

    4. On page 2, line 1, after "bonds" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 2 and strike line 3 through "year".

    5. On page 2, strike lines 15 through 17.

    6. On page 2, line 25, strike "2011" and insert in lieu thereof "2007".

    7. On page 5, line 18, strike the colon and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

    8. On page 5, strike lines 19 through 25 and on page 6, strike lines 1 and 2 and on line 3, strike "($500,000) of" and insert in lieu thereof "an amount equal to one-half percent of the project distributions from".

    9. On page 6, line 22, after the comma insert "to the extent that money is available in the fund,".
