    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 81

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

    2. On pages 3 and 4, strike Section 2 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following:

    "Section 2. APPLICABILITY.--The salary increases provided in Section 1 of this act shall be effective the first full pay period after July 1, 2006.".
